We supply a wide range of fuel equipment, including pumps, filters, nozzles, flow meters, hoses, hose reels, tank accessories, fuel management equipment, AdBlue/DEF equipment and spill kits.
2. Do you offer Australia-wide delivery?
Yes. Fuel Parts offers delivery across Australia. Delivery availability and costs can vary depending on the product, delivery location and order size.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available to eligible metro areas. Shipping conditions may vary depending on the product and destination.
4. Can you deliver to a residential address?
Some larger products, including poly tanks, are available for delivery to business addresses only. Additional surcharges may apply for residential delivery. Please check the product page or contact our team before ordering.
5. Can I collect my order?
Yes. Selected products can be collected from the Fuel Parts location in Dandenong South, Victoria. Customers can also arrange their own transport where applicable.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Fuelco Parts as soon as possible and provide your order details and photographs of the packaging and damaged product. Our team will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.
7. Do your products come with a warranty?
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and terms vary by brand. If you have an issue, contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
